Support

Nouveau Systems offers technical support options to help you get the most out of your software investment. Nouveau System offers three levels of technical services to choose from.

To discuss which support option is appropriate for you, please contact your Nouveau Systems sales representative at sales@NouveauSystems.com.

Standard Care

All registered users of Nouveau Systems products are entitled to these services at no charge:

Standard Care Support is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Priority Care

All registered users of Nouveau Systems products are entitled to these services on a “pay-as-you-go” basis:

Priority Care Support is available Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Premium Care

All registered users of Nouveau Systems products are entitled to these services on an annual subscription basis:

Premium Care Support is available Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
