Nouveau Alliance® Content Management Service
The Nouveau Alliance Content Management Service is a next-generation, Collaborative Content Management System that captures critical information from any type of data source. It provides the flexibility to capture and manage documents from local and remote file systems, web pages, email, calendars and other desktop tools, images, audio, video, and other rich data sources, using a common set of interfaces.
Once you capture content, you can also capture knowledge about the content by creating structured collections that specify how its items are related, linking and annotating to record important content relationships, and rich metadata (infomation about the content) used to classify the content.
The Nouveau Alliance Content Management Service enables you to capture and share knowledge and assumptions about content that would normally be lost, and to locate content based not only on its information but also on its relationship to other content and its metadata.
The Nouveau Alliance Advantage
Built on the Nouveau Alliance Collaboration Platform, the Nouveau Alliance Content Management Service provides a powerful distributed model that ensures content, collections, links, annotations, and metadata is available anywhere in the peer network. Your content is also secure, because the Nouveau Alliance Collaboration Platform provides standards-based security, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure communications to protect your content and all related information. And thanks to its intelligent P2P technology, deployment of new servers and workspaces requires no additional deployment or administrative overhead.
